Shipping Methods

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only. Please note our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once your product shows as shipped, the tracking link will have the most updated information. Genceshang.top is not responsible for delays or issues once product leaves our warehouse.

What are my shipping options?

We currently offer one option for customers (Standard 7-10 business days) and one option for international customers. 
We are currently offering free standard, domestic shipping for all orders over $150.
Do you offer international shipping?

We offer standard international shipping on all orders, for the following countries, the duty/tax is included in the shipment cost.

These countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United State.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed 3–5 business days after your order has been marked as delivered to our warehouse. You have 30 days from purchase to return and receive a refund for your item(s). To initiate a return for eligible products, please send email to Sale@genceshang.top for the details.
