Returns Policy
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Limit 1 exchange for each item per order.
Genceshang.top has a 45-day Easy Returns window for our eligible store items. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds on eligible items within 45 days from when your purchase was made. We will authorize a return for any eligible item that is in new condition, unwashed and with its original tags intact. Your order must be delivered prior to initiating a return for refund.

To initiate a return for a refund, you must reach out to a Customer Support Representative via our live chat or email contact methods. Any orders returned without contacting a Customer Support Representative are not eligible for a return for a refund and the customer will be issued a store credit for the cost of their returned item(s). Send us over a request with your order number and we’d be happy to help you with your return!
Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 days from the date of your return shipment. Please reach out to our Customer Support Team to receive a prepaid shipping label for your return. To ensure your refund is issued after shipping the item, please notify our support team immediately after your return package has been placed in the mail. In your email include the order #, reason for returning and confirmation of shipment including the return tracking number.
To create a mailing label for a return
Your invoice may include a return mailing label. If it doesn't, you can print out a mailing label on your home or office printer.
Do one of the following:
To ship via UPS, print out a prepaid UPS return shipping label.
To ship via the U.S. Postal Service, print out a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
Be sure to include your invoice, with information about your returned item as described in the topics above. It’s also a good idea to write down your delivery tracking number for future reference.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label, shipping is at your expense. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges.
